WHO ARE WE?
After graduating from the hotel school, Chef Gilles Calvo enriched his professional career all around France as well as in Miami.
In 2009, from Paris, he was transferred to Cannes in order to manage the opening of a restaurant that he supported during his first year of operation.
Then he manages the kosher kitchen of renowned local caterers.
In addition to his training in catering, he is building a real experience in the Event Catering business.
Today, Chef Gilles Calvo, influenced by the oriental cuisine of his childhood in Tunisia and with his professional experience, is ready to offer you a generous and tasty kosher cuisine, which will satisfy your desires.
